1. What are the services offered at the airport?
   1. Standard Meet and Greet Services

      This service includes:
      
      

      • Fast track check-in and immigration clearance
      • Hand baggage trolleys (upon request)
      • Access to the Marhaba departure check-in lounge*
      • Buggy car transfer priority through the airport terminal (upon request and in the areas where the access is permitted by Civil Aviation Authorities)*

   2. Diamond Service

      Enjoy the finest treatment with the premium dedicated meet and greet service at Dubai International Airport as you or your guests receive full escort service on arrival or departure. This service can be tailored for passengers with special needs, young and first time passengers at the Dubai International Airport, the business , and passengers who are monolingual.

      This service includes:
      
      

      • Full escort and fast track check-in and immigration clearance
      • Porterage services
      • Hand baggage trolleys (upon request)
      • Access to the MarhabaLounge on departure. *
      • Access to the Marhaba check-in lounge at departures*
      • Buggy car transfer priority through the airport terminal (upon request and in the areas where the access is permitted by Civil Aviation Authorities)*

   3. Family Services

      "Marhaba" Family Service is especially tailored to suit families and mothers travelling with young children or infants. The service can be extended to the family of minimum 2 and maximum of 4 passengers from the same family. Supplementary charges will be applicable for any additional member.

      This service includes:
      
      

      • Full escort and fast track check-in and immigration clearance
      • Porterage services
      • Hand baggage trolleys (upon request)
      • Baby strollers (upon request)*
      • Access to the Marhaba check-in lounge at departures *
      • Buggy car transfer priority through the airport terminal (upon request and in the areas where the access is permitted by Civil Aviation Authorities)*

   4. Transfer Services

      Service for passenger transferring between flights at Dubai International Airports. This could be either between terminals or within the same terminal.

      This service includes:
      
      

      • Escort on arrivals
      • Assistance through Transfer Desk formalities
      • For Transfer between terminals, coach services will be arranged
      • Ticket handover (if any)at an additional cost
      • Assistance with baggage identification for onward connection at an additional cost

   5. Marhaba Lounge

      Regardless of airline or class of travel, you can relax in style and enjoy the unique Arabian hospitality of the 24-hour Marhaba Lounge.

      The lounge offers an enhanced range of services for departing/transit passengers. The lounge can be used by any traveller and is not exclusive to those using Marhaba Meet and Greet services. No pre-booking is required.

      Terminal 1
      The departure lounge is located at the east end of the Terminal between Gates 123 and 125. It offers travelers the following services:

      • The Business Centre: work in comfort with onsite PCs, internet access and telephone/fax facilities
      • The Food Court: Offers a variety of hot meals and the choice between Arabic and continental menus, refreshments and hot and cold beverages
      • Buggy Cars: Buggy cars are on call to take Marhaba Lounge visitors directly to their departure gate.

      Terminal 3 The Marhaba lounge is located at the east end of Level 4 on the north side of the concourse, close to gate 230. The entrance to the Marhaba lounge is via a dedicated elevator from Level 3 departures. Here you can benefit from:

      • The Business Centre: A separate section in the lounge allows you to continue to conduct your business. Fully equipped with PCs with internet access, Wifi connectivity, telephone / fax facilities and data port access for laptop users
      • Food and Beverages: Enjoy a selection of Arabic and continental cuisine with a variety of hot and cold beverages while you relax and wait for your flight
      • Buggy Cars: Buggy cars are provided to Marhaba Lounge visitors to transfer passengers to the relevant boarding gate.
   
   
   6. City stop

      Turn your transit into a visit using Marhaba’s City Stop. This service offers a one stop solution for visa assistance, hotel accommodation & ground transfers and is available for passengers in transit in Dubai for more than 8 hours.

      This service includes:
      
      

      • 3, 4 or 5 star (as preferred) hotel accommodation at Marhaba associate hotels
      • Up to 96 hours visa sponsorship, on arrival
      • Airport Ground transfers to and from the hotel
      • Assistance at the airport at an extra charge

   7. Extra Services

      The following services can be booked only in conjunction with any of the Meet and Greet Services.

      • Limousine Services* Chauffer drive Limo service is available from the airport to any point in UAE and Vice versa
      • Floral * Red Roses
      • Porterage Services
      • DU Visitor Mobile – SIM card

2. How far in advance do I have to book a Marhaba service?
   • Book 24-hours in advance of flight time.

3. Will my booking be confirmed immediately?
   • Subject to service availability.

4. Can I alter my booking once it has been made? If so, how do I do this?
   • Yes, alterations will be accepted only if made a minimum of 8 hours in advance of flight arrival/departure to/from Dubai International Airport. To make alterations, send us an email on dnatamarhababookings@emirates.com or call 04-2162654

5. How do I cancel an order request?
   • In case of a cancellation or amendment, the Marhaba office should be notified at least 8 hours prior to flight arrival/departure to/from Dubai International Airport. Send us an email on DnataMarhababookings@emirates.com

6. Are there any charges for cancellation?
   • No charges for cancellations except for the following cases:
     • If the passenger’s original visa has already been accepted at the Marhaba Sales Office, the visa delivery service charges is not refundable.
     • In the event that cancellation is made less than 8 hrs of the flight arrival/departure to/from Dubai International Airport, service charges will not be refundable.
