Please make sure that you familiarise yourself with the following points as this document provides an agreement between Dnata Travel ("Dnata Travel", "we") and the user ("User", "you") before using Dnata Travel ("Site"). Checking these now may save you time later.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
This Legal Information and Terms of Use constitutes the entire agreement between you and Dnata Travel regarding this Site and supersedes all prior correspondence or arrangements, whether oral or in writing, in respect of its subject matter. If you disagree with any part of this agreement, you may not use the Site in any way.
Services of Dnata Travel
Dnata Travel acts as an agent for third party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, car rental firms and others (“Travel Suppliers”). When you make an online booking on the Site, the contract is between you and the Travel Supplier – separate terms and conditions will apply to your reservation and purchase of travel-related goods and services that you have selected. These terms and conditions will be highlighted to you as you progress through the site. By accepting the travel supplier’s offer, you are agreeing to abide by the terms and conditions of the purchase imposed, including payment of all amounts when due and compliance with all rules and restrictions regarding availability of fares or the cancellation, change of booking and refund in respect of travel. You will be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of the use of this Site.
Payment – Air Products
For tickets to be issued, full payment is required.
Dnata Travel allows you to book air products online either in full or with a deposit. If the deposit option is taken, you will need to settle the remaining funds within 48 hours with our regional partner; otherwise you risk incurring the cancellation of the booking, together with a cancellation fee. Please note that in some circumstances the price of the ticket quoted may either be slightly different due to taxes not shown on the global computer reservation system (e.g. war insurance, fuel surcharge) or changes made between the time of your booking and the time of issuing the ticket. If this occurs, Dnata Travel accepts no responsibility or liability for this price fluctuation.
Payment – Hotel and Car Products
a. Hotel Prepaid Services
Dnata Travel pre-negotiates certain room rates with hotel suppliers to facilitate the booking of reservations on your behalf. In these cases, which will be clearly identified during the booking process, by submitting your reservation request, you authorise Dnata Travel to make hotel reservations on your behalf, including making payments to hotel suppliers. Your credit card will be charged by Dnata Travel for the total reservation price shown on screen, which may include taxes or other charges in addition to the room rate shown in response to your initial enquiry.
b. Hotel Referral Bookings
Where a hotel booking is described as being on a referral basis, Dnata Travel may, if indicated, charge a non-refundable booking fee. The hotel charges will only be levied at the time of using the service, or, if applicable, on cancellation (depending on the policy of the individual hotel). To guarantee your booking, hotels may require your credit card details. If you wish to cancel or amend your booking, you should contact the hotel directly; cancellation charges may apply.
c. Car Rental - Available Bookings
Where a car hire booking is described as being "available", the total reservation price will be charged on making your booking. In these cases, which will be clearly identified during the booking process, by submitting your reservation request, you authorise Dnata Travel to make car rental reservations on your behalf, including making payment to car rental suppliers. Your credit card will be charged by Dnata Travel for the total reservation price shown on screen, which may include taxes or other charges in addition to the car rental rate shown in response to your initial enquiry.
d. Car Rental - On Request Bookings
Where a car hire booking is described as being "on request", you will be asked for the details of your credit card; however the card will be only charged on confirmation of your booking by the supplier. The total amount due will either be shown on screen or will be notified to you before your booking is finally confirmed. If you subsequently wish to cancel or amend your booking, you should contact Dnata Travel; cancellation charges may apply.
Payment – Holiday Packages
Currently, we do not accept any payment for holiday packages advertised on our site. The supplier of the holiday package will contact you with respect to your enquiry, and if the conditions of the package are accepted by you, payment will be made direct to the supplier.
Cancellations and Modifications – Air/Hotel/Car
The cancellation and modification policy of your reservation was provided to you at the time of your booking. Where a modification or cancellation is provided in the policy, you can either contact Dnata Travel or the supplier directly, quoting your booking reference, to cancel or modify your booking.
Cancellations and Modifications – Holiday Packages
Our regional partners supply all holiday packages; therefore, if you wish to modify or cancel your booking, you need to contact the partner you made the booking with directly.
Reliability of Information on the Site
We make no representations about the suitability and accuracy of the information, products, and services contained on the Site for any purpose. However, we will endeavour to correct any error or omission as soon as it has been identified and/or brought to our attention.
Furthermore, all such information, products, and services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We hereby disclaim all warranties and conditions with regard to the information, products, and services, including all implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.
Site Access
Dnata Travel does not accept liability in respect of the user’s ability to access the site or any interruption in that access or use or any failure to complete any transaction whilst using the Site. Furthermore, Dnata Travel does not warrant that the Site is free from computer viruses or other properties that may cause loss or damage.
Dnata Travel reserves the right to deny access to the Site at any time without notice.

Currency rates are based on various publicly available sources and should be used as guidelines only. Actual rates may vary. The information supplied by this application is believed to be accurate, but Dnata Travel and/or its suppliers do not warrant or guarantee such accuracy.

Images on this website are incorporated for viewing purposes only and may not be saved or downloaded in any format.
Links to Third-Party Sites
This website may contain hyperlinks to websites operated by parties other than Dnata Travel. Those hyperlinks are provided for your reference only. Dnata Travel does not control those websites and is not responsible for their content.
Newsletters and Promotional Broadcasts
Users who no longer wish to receive promotional materials may opt-out of receiving these communications by replying to a promotional e-mail or sending an e-mail directly to websupport@dnata.com, placing "Unsubscribe" in the subject field of the e-mail. Users of our site will always be notified when their information is being collected by any outside parties. We do this so our users can make an informed choice as to whether they should proceed with services that require an outside party, or not.

You represent that you are of sufficient legal age to use this service, and you possess the legal right and ability to create binding obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of the use of this service. You understand that you are financially responsible for all uses of this service by you and those using your login information (including minors living with you).You warrant that the information supplied by you or members of your household in using this website is true and accurate.
Liability of Dnata Travel
In no event shall Dnata Travel be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of this Site or with the delay or inability to use the Site, or for any information, products, and services obtained arising out of the use of this Site, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise.
Modification of Terms
Dnata Travel reserves the right to change this Legal Information and Terms of Use at any time without notice or liability. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions. Continued use of Dnata Travel following any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
Governing Law
This Legal Information and Terms of Use is governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. If any part of this Legal Information and Terms of Use is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed to be superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the rest of the Legal Information and Terms of Use will continue in effect.
