Off street parking available but in busy times spaces provided are narrow Pay & display car park located 50 yards away Assistance provided with luggage on arrival Car parking is at the front and back of the house - all surfaces are tarmac or concrete Access to the guest house is gained by a key & fob. The guest entrance is a level path with two steps (step 1 12 cm step 2 13 cm) at the front door. The front door is 92 cm wide (left open during daytime) leading to an inner door which is 82 cm wide (kept closed by a door closer) The guest entrance is lit by street lighting and house lights There are no ground floor bedrooms Carpeted stairs (steps are 17 cm high) with left hand bannister to bedrooms 1st floor - room 1 - 14 steps 1st floor - rooms 2 3 & 4 - 15 steps Residents' lounge on ground floor (settee and armchair - quite low) - wheelchairs can be left in the lounge on request

- Our dining room has a very rustic traditional feel with wood pannelling around the lower half of the walls and a beautiful wooden dresser to one side. We provide Full English & continental breakfast with healthy options available on weekends and holiday periods. The hotel regrets that we cannot offer breakfast on weekdays outside of school holidays.
