Rockview Guesthouse is a 3 star rated guesthouse set in the picturesque Devon town of Paignton. This central location gives easy access to the Paignton shopping centre, the Paignton pier on the sea front, and the picturesque Paignton Harbour. The central location of Rockview ensures that all of Paignton�s attractions are on your doorstep. The seafront with its beautiful beach is just a 5 minute walk away, as is the shopping centre which is littered with boutiques, cafes & restaurants. The idyllic harbour is a 10 minute stroll. The capital of the English Riveria, Torquay is only 4 miles away. Slightly further away are the wondrous landscapes of Dartmoor, however this is still just a 30 minute drive. We are a family run guesthouse and you are always assured of a warm family welcome together with home cooked food. We are very much of the "come as visitors and leave as friends" type of establishment. Car parking is available.

We offer seven bedrooms all decorated to a very high standard. All rooms are equipped with gas fired central heating, remote controlled TV, hair dryer, tea and coffee making facilities, radio alarms and you can have access to your room at any time. Six of these have full en-suite facilities and our one single bedroom has access to a private bathroom, solely dedicated to that room.

There are games available to borrow. We provide ironing facilities and a lock up facility for bikes. We offer free on-site parking. For guests with children we offer a children's menu and highchairs and cots can be borrowed.

Directions:
From the ring road follow the signs to Paignton on the left. Drop down the hill to the mini roundabout and turn left. At the main traffic lights at the junction of Torquay Road turn right. Join the one way system and go through 2 sets of pedestrian lights. Take the next left and go over the train lines. Queens Road is second on the right and the Rockview is located on the right hand side just past the Rugby Club.
