Hotel is currently under rooms enhancement but still in fully operation, Hotel currently has 77 brand new rooms out of 236 as total inventory, these new rooms are ready to welcome the guests.

Services:

- Dining Services: Dining services remain uninterrupted with the following options:

- Breakfast : À la carte served at Excelsior venue, 2nd Floor.
- Lunch: Served as a Buffet at Excelsior venue located in 2nd Floor from Monday to Thursday, (Friday, Saturday, Sunday & during public holidays Lunch will be served as À la carte ).

- Dinner: À la carte at The Gallery (Lobby ) or at The H BAR, or in-room dining.

- Recreation Facilities: Pool & Spa are currently out of order, but we managed to do other arrangements to provide guests with access tothe swimming pool at a neighboring hotel during this period, with transfers provided to staying guests at Zero cost.

- Arrival Experience: The reception area is being enhanced to provide a more contemporary and streamlined check-in experience. During this transition, guests will proceed via our secondary entrance, situated 20 meters from the primary entrance.
