Only 50 meters to the famous Ku'damm in the city-centre of Berlin. You can either walk (approx 15 min) or take the bus to sights like Memorial Church or KaDeWe, Berlin's most prestigious department store. The rooms are average in size with a bit of outdated decor, but very clean and in good condition. All bathrooms have been renovated recently and are in excellent condition.

There is a bright and friendly restaurant on the ground floor which is mainly used for serving breakfast. This is a modern hotel. The lobby is medium-sized with a comfortable seating area.
