The 9-story building is located in a highly accessible area of Benidorm, right by Levante Beach, and is surrounded by all the amenities tourists could need, including shopping centers, cinemas, shops, and pharmacies. The fully enclosed complex is surrounded by wide avenues with tree-lined sidewalks. The ground floor is dedicated to common areas. From the sober and functional entrance hall, with cozy seating areas, you can access the hotels dining room.

The Magic Villa Benidorms restaurant offers an international buffet and a variety of personalized menus upon request, such as dietary, vegetarian, or gluten-free options. In addition, during the summer, there is a childrens area in the restaurant and the possibility of ordering picnics. The cafeteria offers direct access to the outdoor area with terraces, a solarium with sun loungers, and a swimming pool. The gym, with large windows overlooking the pool area, is equipped with machines and a jacuzzi. The 120 rooms are divided into singles, standard doubles, and superior doubles and can accommodate up to 4 people. The hotel rooms are spacious, with twin beds, a desk, a reading area, a wardrobe with shelves and drawers, a safe, a full bathroom, and plenty of natural light from the panoramic windows (with privacy blinds) overlooking the pool or from the terraces, in the case of superior rooms.
