MACHÉ paper is a technique used in the plastic arts. Its name comes from the French " Papier-mâché " which means "chewed". MACHÉ is the result of mixing the artistic world with the gastro. MACHÉ is to chew, to devour or to enrich oneself with arts and culinary elaborations. The restaurant is located in the old Spanish Railway Association building and to preserve the history still present in the room we have incorporated the railway lines in the logo to pay homage to it.
