The hotel enjoys beautiful views over the valley of Eresma and fields of Castilla, especially from the large terrace of the hotel and from some rooms. Facilities include restaurant, meeting rooms, gardens, gym and 62 spacious and bright rooms fully renovated recently and with an aesthetic that blends traditional elements and modern interior.
The hotel consists of two buildings: a palace of aristocratic air with a typically Romanesque door access and a coat of arms that gives name to the hotel: the Casa de los Linajes; and other new building, where most of the rooms are located.
The 'lineage' referenced by the hotel is the Falconi family. Carlos Falconi, natural son of King Charles VII of France, settled in Segovia in the sixteenth century and up home here. Falconi financed, among other things, the construction of the Romanesque church of San Esteban.
