The Cockhaven Arms is a short distance from the Sea. A top to toe refurbishment was completed in April 2016. Downstairs retains much of its traditional character but has been opened up to create a lovely bar and restaurant with open log fires and an intimate and cosy atmosphere ideal for relaxed eating and drinking. All the bedrooms were refurbished and some were also re-configured to create comfortable stylish contemporary family rooms and suites. All 10 bedrooms are ensuite and have flat screen TVs free Wi-Fi tea & coffee making facilities hair dryers and powerful showers. Outside there is a lovely garden with views over the Teign estuary and plenty of car parking. Set in the quiet village of Bishopsteignton on the banks of the beautiful Teign estuary this is a haven of peace a couple of miles from the beach at Teignmouth. Being only 20 minutes from the end of the M5 and with easy access to Torquay Brixham and Dartmoor National Park this is the ideal spot to unwind and explore what this lovely part of the world has to offer.
