Down a short lane the wisteria covered front is alongside the Kennet and Avon Canal. The picturesque cottage is a short level walk to the Market Place either by towpath or road. It is well situated for sightseeing being within easy reach of many tourist attractions. Alternatively watch the narrow boats go by from the secluded upper patio or feed the ducks from the canal side terrace. Mobility Description:
The carpark is level & gravelled. Please ask if you need a space by the front door. We can assist with luggage. The sitting dining room and 1 bedroom are situated on the ground floor. There is a 72cm wide doorway to the ground floor corridor leading to the ground floor bedroom. A level doorway outside the ground floor bedroom gives emergency exit and garden/patio access. The ground floor bedroom door is 80cm wide & the door to the ensuite is 82cm wide. Access to the garden is via a door 82cm wide. This double/twin room has both bath and shower. The shower tray is 12cm high. A chair can be placed in the shower and the shower height is adjustable. The dining room is on the ground floor. Furniture can be rearranged. Pedestal dining tables have a minimum under space of 69cm. There are chairs with and without arms. The large level patio has 4 steps leading up to the lawn and swimming pool. The staircase has 2 turns and 13 steps. Stairs are 18cm high 25cm deep & 71cm wide with handrail.

Travelling from M4 London take junction 14 to Hungerford then A4 through Marlborough to just after Silbury Hill then left on A361 (roman) road. On the edge of town you will pass the old Barracks opposite a petrol station. At the roundabout continue ahead for approximately 300 yards to a pedestrian light crossing.
