The downhill inn is located 5 minutes from the main street in Ballina. All the rooms are large in size and most have one double and one single bed. The decor is modern and in tasteful pastel colours. The Mediterranean style restaurant is attractive and has a terrace area for use in the summer.

Modern, low-storey building. The hotel was opened in May 1998. It is set in its own grounds. The lobby is large and spacious and opens out onto the lounge and bar areas.
