They say the best things come in small packages and this is certainly true of the Soleil. It’s got everything you need for a seaside escape. Sitting in a superb spot right on the beachfront, you couldn’t ask for a better location for starters. The silky shores are just footsteps away. And there’s a great selection of shops and cafés. Everything is within easy walking distance. Then there’s the complex. With just 15 apartments, you’re never treated just as a room number here. And the rooms themselves, although simply furnished, are light, airy and well-equipped with private balconies. Step outside and stretching down towards the beach is the swimming pool. Perfect for doing some laps or just cooling off, it’s sunk into a tiled terrace that’s dotted with sun beds and parasols. There’s also a poolside snack bar out here open until 8pm. The Soleil may be overshadowed by some of the larger complexes along this stretch, but what it lacks in size, it certainly makes up for in service and character.
