Alvera Court is ideally situated directly opposite the International Conference and Exhibition Centre, with a short stroll to the town centre, the bus and train stations. We are a fine Victorian residence, built in 1901, which has been completely renovated and tastefully modernised while retaining all the charming architectural features of the Victorian era. Privately owned and managed we offer an extremely high standard of service, inpidual attention, and a desire to please. In our grounds, we have private parking for your car. We also offer free permits to park your car outside our building in parking bays. If you travel in anything other than a car please park in the parking bays at the front and we will give you a permit. Offering twelve inpidually decorated non-smoking bedrooms, all accessed by stairs to two floors. All the rooms are en-suite, a few with a bath as well as shower, all have complimentary toiletries. Each have controllable central heating, remote control multi channel colour television, direct dial telephone, Laptop internet connection by telephone or free WI - FI broadband, hair dryer, alarm clock radio. A welcome tray of tea, coffee and beverages, with a bottle of Harrogate Spa Water to refresh you. The pillows and duvets are non allergenic to assist you to have a superb night's sleep. Access at all times, once checked in. We regret that we do not accommodate children under 12 years old. Check in time is 3pm until 10pm. Latest check in is at 10.30pm as we do not have a night porter. Checkout on the morning of departure is 10am. We are a totally non smoking establishment.
We are licensed. You can enjoy your favourite drink in our beautiful homely lounge, or in your bedroom relax with a wine, while watching your ideal TV program.

The front door has seven steps 17cm high, with handrail at the right hand side. The porch ( second ) front door is always locked but we do have a bell at the front door to summon assistance. The front door is 107cm wide. The porch door is 85cm wide On entry into reception there is a hallway 907cm going to 2000cm. There is short pile carpet flooring throughout the ground floor The flooring on corridors and rooms on the ground floor are short pile carpet.The covering on stairs and upstairs corridors is short pile carpet There are 6 stairs to a landing followed by a further 8 stairs to the first landing where there is a chair then 4 more stairs to the first floor bedrooms. The stairs are 17cm high, 25cm deep, 70cm wide

Follow Harrogate Town Centre and International Conference/Exhibition Centre sign, this will bring you on to Kings Road. Travel along with the complex on your left,. After passing the complex, accross from the Traffic lights, is the front of Alvera Court. To park your car, park in the white lined bay on the street or go through the traffic lights, the next road on the right is Studley Road, turn into Studley Road, then turn right into the lane, at the bottom open our gates and park in the bays.
