Pencubitt Country House is a small luxury Licensed B&B with 8 en-suite rooms near the Eden Project in the village of Lamellion Cross on the southern edge of Liskeard Town. Most rooms are decorated in period fashion with views over the countryside. There are buses and trains nearby and it is only a 15 minute walk into Liskeard Town with it's pubs and restaurants. Pencubitt is an ideal accommodation for exploring Cornwall and Devon. It is close to the Eden Project Lost gardens of Heligan Looe & Polperro Tintagel Bodmin Moor Plymouth and Dartmoor. We are within easy reach of most of the attractions in Cornwall and Devon. There are many golf courses within a 30 minutes drive including international courses Lanhydrock and St Mellion. Pencubitt House sits in two acres of its own gardens overlooking the Looe Valley. Luxury en-suite rooms and comfortable bar Lounge. We serve full English breakfasts from locally sourced products and traditional Cornish butchers. We provide free wireless broadband with an Internet terminal for guests use. Pencubitt provides a peaceful haven in a character country house far away from the madding crowd. Unfortunately we are unable to cater for children under 12 or pets

Pencubitt Country House has single king superking twin rooms and double rooms. All our rooms are en-suite equipped with direct dial telephones Digital Freeview TV and radio tea/coffee making facilities hairdryers hospitality products free wireless broadband and thermostat controlled radiators. Most rooms have garden views and some also have super views over the rolling countryside of the wonderful Looe Valley. Rooms are available from 2pm on the day of arrival.

Pencubitt's 8 bedrooms are accessed via a central staircase. We do not have any bedrooms located on the ground floor. None of our bathrooms are wheelchair accessible. There are 12 on site free parking spaces The front doors of the hotel have two large steps for access a ramp is available Assistance is provided wherever possible with parking and luggage vehicles may unload at the front door Once through the front doors the reception area is level with access to the bar lounge restaurant and toilet. The reception desk is located to your right as you enter the front hall On check in we will brief you on our evacuation policy on request. The restaurant is located beside the Reception The bar is located to the left past the reception desk Staff/proprietor are present 24hrs The floor in the front hall is wood and all public rooms are on the same level and carpeted throughout Every bedroom has an audible fire alarm and all rooms are non smoking.

• Pencubitt Country House has a comfortable and spacious dining room in which we serve a quality country breakfast prepared with fresh local produce. Local pubs and restaurants are only a short walk away. Breakfast is served between 8 am and 9 am on weekdays and 8.30 am to 9.30 am at weekends and Bank Holidays. We provide a buffet selection of freshly cut fruit salad yoghurt cereals fruit juices and cooked to order traditional full English breakfast with preserves etc.

From the M5 Either take the A30 to Launceston then follow signs to Liskeard or take the A38 direct to Liskeard. Once you have reached Liskeard follow the signs for the railway station and 'Looe Park & Ride' on the B3254. After passing the station continue 100 yards south then turn right into a lane which has the hotel sign at the approach. The hotel is the third entrance on the right.;
