Directions:
Leave M40 at Junction 13 sign-posted Leamington Spa and Warwick. At end of (rather short) slip road turn left. After 1/4 mile take first left sign-posted Bishops Tachbrook. Continue for a couple of miles on Oakley Wood Road and you will see The Leopard pub on your left. Carry on and after exactly half a mile you will see a high red brick building on the right-hand side of the road. You will also see a very large white road sign. Half way between barn and sign turn sharp right by a post box.;
