The Studio also boasts a balcony where you can watch the sunrise during breakfast or sit out for early evening drinks.

Directions:
Take the A38 from Exeter and follow the signs for Plymouth. Turn off at Buckfastleigh on the A384 towards Dartmouth and Totnes. At Totnes turn right for Kingsbridge and Dartmouth on the A381. At Halwell turn left for Dartmouth. After passing the Woodlands Leisure Park and Dartmouth Golf Club take the next right turn for Strete. Then follow the signs to village centre at junction with A379 (post office opposite) and turn left for Dartmouth. We are situated 200 yards down this road.;
