We are a small friendly family run guest house with 6 rooms (most are en-suite or have private facilities) and we operate a no-smoking policy but a smoking area is provided outside. The premises is protected by CCTV. FREE Wi-Fi is available for our guests. We are a pet friendy establishment We are situated in Paignton in the heart of THE ENGLISH RIVIERA. Torquay to one side with its harbour surrounded by cafe's and Brixham a quaint fishing town on the other side. Paignton is ideal for families or couples we are only a 120 level metres from the beach & Paignton Pier and only a 5/10 min walk to the town centre and Paignton's Bus & Train stations (We are able to offer FREE COLLECTION/DROP OFF). Paignton Zoo is close by along with the Apollo Cinema and there are many restaurants & family friendly places to eat close at hand along with some fine dining restaurants overlooking our beautiful bay. All can be got to by public transport (to support Sustainable Tourism) should you wish to leave your car parked in our FREE CAR PARK.
