Although our apartments are self-contained our buildings are not. Therefore in line with government guidelines guests must self-certify prior to arrival. This will be required until leisure stays are fully permitted (currently date is 17th May).Set in a stunning refurbished mill, these beautiful apartments are just a short walk from the centre of Derby.These one and two bedroom apartments are designed with our guests in mind, so you’ll find everything you need to make yourself at home. With light and spacious living/dining rooms and fully equipped kitchens there’s plenty of space to relax or entertain during your stay with us.The apartments are in a quiet, waterside neighbourhood just five minutes walk from the city centre, and just a fifteen minute drive from the outlying business parks which house a range of corporation headquarters, including those of Rolls Royce, Bombardier Transportation and Toyota. You’ll also have the Peak District National Park and the Derbyshire Dales on your doorstep so you can explore the great outdoors!
