Mortons House Hotel is a historic 16th Century Elizabethan Manor House situated in the beautiful village of Corfe Castle in the Isle of Purbeck. The hotel was awarded 'Best Small Hotel in 2005' and was a 'finalist in 2006'. The Manor is one of the earliest in Corfe and without doubt the finest. Built in 1590 in the shape of an E to honour Queen Elizabeth I it has in more recent times been sympathetically converted into a 21 bedroom hotel. We have 4 rooms which are Accessible to all. They are located in a quiet corner of the hotel across the garden with designated car parking spaces and ramps to and from the main hotel. All the rooms have the usual facilities expected of a quality three star hotel. They have shower only 'wet-rooms' and no bath. Support arms and shower chairs are easily fitted as and when required. The rooms are suitable for a hoist to be fitted underneath the bed.
