We are perfectly situated on the shore of Loch Broom on the north-west coast of Scotland right in the centre of Ullapool. The atmosphere at The Ferry Boat Inn is friendly and informal with a welcoming bar good food in either our bar or restaurant great atmosphere and panoramic views over Loch Broom: with an open fire real ales and malt whiskys available this is the place to be. The Ferry Boat Inn has a wonderful breakfast room overlooking Lochbroom with fantastic views to Ullapool Harbour and the mountains beyond. Breakfasts are freshly cooked to order and include local produce such as award winning meat (sausages bacon and black pudding) from Food for Thought (Ullapool butcher). Our eggs are also sourced locally and are delivered regularly from our local free-range suppliers. We offer a Scottish breakfast freshly cooked as well as lunch in either our bar or restaurant. Finally to end your day a delicious dinner is served in either our bar or restaurant. In the colder times our large roaring open fire is the perfect addition to your restaurant experience.
The Ferry Boat Inn has 9 letting bedrooms all with en suite facilities. Our bedrooms all include tea coffee making facilities and televisions suitable for Freeview. Some of our bedrooms have loch views (please ask when booking) and all are tastefully decorated and fully equipped for your stay. We have 4 double rooms 2 twin rooms 1 single 1 triple room and 1 family room all with en suite facilities and some with a bath rather than a shower.
We have a fully stocked bar in which all guests are welcome to lounge and wind down from the activities of the day.
