The hotel is on ten acres of lawns and gardens, with the large 40-m pool in the centre, which is privately located amongst a tropical area where a private hot spa also awaits the guests. Situated right on the Pacific Highway next to the Kempsey Golf Course, the hotel is just a km south of the central business district of Kempsey. There are many locations, which encompass the Macleay region, the Messopotamia Lodge Deer Park, The Wigay Aboriginal Culture Park and the many beaches of the region. The motel rooms in the hotel are light, spacious and airy, all ground floors, with parking right at the door, and overlooking the pool. There is a swimming pool and spa in the hotel, and guests can play table tennis in the hotel, too.
