We support local food producers and use much of our own organic produce minimising food miles and ensuring the freshest and best quality products. The water at Polrode comes from our own sping. The cottage and gardens are set in an area of "Special Scientific Interest" along the river Allen. Our organic approach to gardening supports the wide range of flora and fauna to be found here.
