The village of Oddington lies some 2 miles east from the highest town in the Cotswolds the market town of Stow on Wold - a meeting place on a rolling hill. Sleeping in a delightful woodland setting is the Church of St. Nicholas parts of which date back to the 12th century and to this day has an interesting 'doom painting on its wall. This church still provides services and ceremonies for the village. Directions:
Head for Stow on the Wold on the A436 follow the road for 2 miles. Go past the VW garage until a sign for the Fox Inn and Lower Oddington. Follow the road through the village the Fox Inn will be on your right. After 800 meteres you will pass village hall on the right. You will see a Z Bend sign on the left the road then drops and we are the first property on the right hand side with the long gravelled drive and paddock.;
