Accommodation consists of a single bedroom on the ground floor and a mixture of double, twin and single rooms on the first and second floors. There is long stay car park at the rear of the building. Guests can unload at the font door first before parking their vehicles. The entrance to the building is accessed via a path which is level from the pavement to the front door. Another (internal) door leads to the guest lounge, the ground floor bedroom, the stairs to the dining room and the stairs to the upper floors. Banister rails are in place along all staircases. Breakfast is served in the dining room, situated on the lower ground floor down a flight of stairs. Most rooms are en-suite with a shower cubicle, toilet and wash hand basin. The standard rooms have wash basins and designated toilet/shower facilities on the same landing.

Directions:
Travel north along the Sea Front with Weston Pier on your left and the Winter Gardens on your right. Carry on until you see a row of hotels (Manaco, Seaward, Midland etc) on your right. Immediately after the Pavilion hotel/restaurant (and before the Nook and Harbour restaurant) turn right into Upper Church Road. About 75 m ahead turn right at the crossroads (still Upper Church Road). Florence Guest House is about 40m from the crossroads on your right, in a row of other guest houses.
