Located next to the 10th fairway of the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course, this resort is a golfer' s paradise. Rates are inclusive resort fee. A Mandatory Departure Cleaning Fee will be collected directly from guests upon arrival.

CHECK-IN CHECK-OUT PROCESS AT ASTON WAIKOLOA COLONY VILLAS: Check-in and Check-out will be at the Aston Waikoloa Colony Villas office located at the Queens' Marketplace which is at 69-201 Waikoloa Beach Drive Suite #2607 (2F7), Waikoloa Hawaii 96738. Please re-route all arriving guests of the Aston Waikoloa Colony Villas to check-in directly at the office located at the Queens' Marketplace, 2nd floor above the Food Court.

Office hours are from 7:00am to 5:00pm HST daily. The guest will check-in; pick up their daily newspaper and DVDs at this location. All other services including the property' s phone number remains the same. NOTE: All guests that anticipate arriving after office hours, it is very important to please contact the office to receive the late arrival instructions (gate code/lock box code/maps, etc.) at least 3-5 days prior to your arrival date. For any late arrivals that was not able to make contact with the property office prior to arrival, please call the reservations number (808-886-8899 to get your late arrival information from the Answering Service over the phone.
