• Your all-inclusive service starts on the day of arrival at the hotel from 12: 00hrs
• On the day of your departure from the hotel you can make use of the all-inclusive service only until noon (12: 00 p.m)
• The hotel has created an exclusive menu of drinks and meals for all-inclusive guests. Available at El Olivo restaurant from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. uninterrupted. (Except at times where the buffet is open for all-inclusive guests)
• Drinks are only served in Bar Noble or Pool Bar from 11:00 to 23:59 hrs. Any consumption ordered before or after these hours will be billed at the menu price. Only a maximum of 2 drinks can be ordered at a time per person. Bottles not included
• Buffet services are served at El Olivo restaurant. Check times at Reception or in our APP

Important remarking

The use of the bracelet is personal and non-transferable, no invitations are allowed to other customers making use of it. It is imperative to wear the bracelet placed on the wrist to make use of the all-inclusive services. In case the bracelet is broken, go through the reception with the old bracelet and it will be replaced by a new one.

All inclusive includes: parking, tennis court and paddle court (on request and prior reservation in reception)

All inclusive excludes: room service, telephone calls, SPA services and hairdresser, minibar, laundry of clients, sunbeds on the beach.

The products are of exclusive consumption in the hotel, it will not be used any type of product to carry out or consume outside the hotel facilities.

In case of fraudulent use, abusive or manipulation of the bracelet, the management of the hotel can remove it without the right to any claim.

Children under the age of 18 are not allowed to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages.
