For those preferring more space and freedom therer are 2 individually styled self-catering apartments with their own access, lounge, double bedroom, bathroom, well equipped kitchen and garden or patio. Facilities also include central heating, Wi-Fi, freeview TVs. Many comforts of home and thoughtful extras are included. The prices include bedding, gas and electricity and refreshmnet pack. Can sleep 1 to 5 depending on ages. Usually let for 7 night breaks we may consider variable length stays and start dates on request. A superb range of cafes and restaurants (from the avant-garde to the traditional); the river with its marina, and varied leisure activities are just a few minutes walk. The area also offers a wonderful selection of places to visit for all ages and interests.

Full access statement is available on request. B&B rooms - There are 10 steps up from pavement to our front door, there is a handrail but a ramp is not possible. The breakfast room and the double ensuite room are on this level. There are a further 10 stairs up to the twin or super king room. Apartments - Beach apartment entry from front of house I step down from street level. Inside there is 1 step down and all rooms are then on same level - best suited for those with limited mobility but not for wheelchair use. Our Garden apartment has access via Garden with pebble path and 7 steps to door. Inside there are 4 steps up to the kitchen.

From motorways M23 or M27 via A27 to A259 follow signs for Littlehampton. Leave A259 for B2187 signposted Littlehampton Centre and Seafront. Follow the brown tourist signs to seafront and �the carousel horse� which is to Harbour Park (fun park). Racing Greens faces the Greens and promenade, 150 yds east of the Windmill (theatre and restaurant) and Harbour Park.
