Nearwater opened its doors in April 2010 after a seven month refurbishment program. The accommodation for the bed and breakfast has been deliberately designed to offer an alternative to a hotel at an affordable price. From the moment you arrive the thoughtful touches and attention to detail are what makes Nearwater special. Nearwater is located in the village of St Mawes an easy 5 minute walk to a wide selection of water front cafes, pubs and restaurants and only a 3 minute walk from the nearest beach. There is room for off road parking. Your breakfast is served in a dining room that opens out onto a south facing terrace. Whenever possible guests can choose to have their breakfast outside. Amelia pride's herself on her breakfasts! You can choose a full English breakfast or the daily special.
