And yet we're just a short drive to some of the most stunning scenery in the Lake District National Park the Roman wall and the Scottish Borders and Dumfriesshire which is visible on the opposite shore of the Solway Firth.

We have 22 comfortable en-suite rooms available 12 of which have recently been redecorated and are furnished to a high quality. To reach the hotel guests must climb a set of steps. We do not have any ground floor bedrooms. The executive rooms are on the first floor which is reached by climbing 2 flights of stairs. The standard rooms are on the top floor which is reached by climbing 4 flights of stairs. The hotel does not have a lift.
