Bedrooms have TV wireless internet tea and coffee making facilities seating areas. They are heated with underfloor heating with additional wall heaters for added comfort. Electric blankets are available if required. Each room has an ensuite two with bath and all with shower facilities and a heated towel rail wall mounted or underfloor heater and illuminated mirror.
There is a communal living area with a woodburning stove. There are board games available to guests. There is a large scale OS local map. There are storage areas available for bikes fishing equipment or other specialist equipment. We will try to accomodate most specialist requests - e.g. drying room for outdoor clothing storage of fishing bait and catch(!) full venue booking for private functions packed lunches evening meals visit (and feed) the chickens.

Directions:
From Glasgow follow the M77 south turning left onto the A76 at Kilmarnock. Follow the signs for Cumnock and New Cumnock about 1 mile after entering New Cumnock turn right at the roundabout on to the B741 for Dalmellington. Follow the B741 for approximately 2 miles through a small Hamlet called Burnside and The Old School is on the left just over the brow of the next hill.;
