Two delightful old semi-detached cottages one of which is thought to have been the pilots’ look-out cottage in the days of sail have been converted into two self contained luxury maisonettes each with its own private front door. The ground floor maisonette has now been completely refurbished to provide a beautiful holiday home The accommodation comprises three well furnished close carpeted bedrooms one double and two single; a large very comfortable close carpeted lounge/diner with colour T.V.and payphone; a spacious fitted kitchen with electric cooker microwave cooker fridge freezer dish washer washer/dryer etc. A fully tiled bathroom. Linen and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels. Heating is by night storage heaters supplemented by panel heaters.. Electricity is by £1 coin meter except for the night storage heaters which are free of charge November to March. (At other times night storage heating is available on request at a weekly charge of £25)... Off-street parking for one car. To save you the chore of end of stay cleaning an optional "Pack up and go" cleaning service is available at a cost of £25. Pilot Cottage is only 35yds from the Exmouth seafront with its two miles of glorious golden sand. The nearest shops are within 100yds. The town centre bus & rail stations and the leisure centre with its indoor pool are all within a half mile level walk. Please note Pilot Cottage is NOT suitable for wheelchairs.
