There is something for everyone in the beautiful surrounding area. Fell walking and water-based activities are very popular there are walks on the level too. The Lake District is equally suitable for visitors who just want a peaceful break or to saunter around the interesting and diverse shops. The Lake District is extremely beautiful and popular setting for weddings and celebrations. We will be pleased to help with any special arrangements and to book tours for you to make your stay more memorable.
All our rooms are en-suite individually furnished tastefully decorated and carpeted offering a comfortable restful place to unwind.
Our home is set in a rural village and offers four guest rooms. The cottage is over one hundred and twenty years old and whilst we aim to meet the needs of all our guests the layout makes access difficult for people with limited mobility and wheelchair users. Our guest rooms are on the first and second floors there are 3 steps into the the cottage and between rooms and floors. We do not have any guest rooms on the ground floor which makes the accommodation unsuitable for wheelchair users.
