Gothic View is an old Chapel dating back to 1884 it still retains many of its original features such as the rose windows and lovely gothic doors. The Chapel is situated in the rural countryside but within easy reach of many beautiful and local tourist attractions including Blackgang Chine and Isle of Wight Pearl. We offer quiet and cosy bedrooms with tea-making facilities. Families are most welcome. We welcome walkers and cyclists . We are very near to the Hoy monument which is about one mile away by footpath from Chale Green. The local post office/shop/deli/cafe is a ten minute walk away. Also local bus transport is is at the top of the lane going towards Newport and Ventnor.

All of Gothic view bedrooms are cosy and comfortable equipped. We do not have T.V. We do have wireless connection Some rooms are en-suite and also have a patio area leading to garden. one bedroom has an en-suite attic style showeroom/wc which has some small steps leading up to it it is quirky as it is a Victorian chapel and retains some of the original and quirky features NOT SUITABLE IF YOU HAVE DIFFICULTY WITH STEPS .
