Our two bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms are of a superior standard and offer everything possible for a very comfortable stay. Our luxury swim spa is available for guests to use. Heated to a temperature of 32 degrees celsius this facility is perfect for swimming or just enjoying the powerful massage jets. Both rooms have oak flooring with underfloor heating egyptian cotton bedlinen and quality toiletries. Bathrobes slippers and complimentary beverage tray with snacks are also provided.

The swimming pool/spa is approximately 4 metres long by nearly 3 metres wide. It is around 1.30 metres deep and heated to a temperature of 32 Degrees celsius. The swim spa has a number of different functions including being able to swim against a preset current or simply relaxing whilst using the different jets for massage.

• Breakfast is served downstairs in the breakfast room between 07:30 - 09:30. Our breakfasts are guaranteed to please with a varied selection of fresh fruit and juices. Granola muesli or cereal is offered together with a choice of cooked breakfasts made to order. Omelettes full Scottish haggis smoked salmon with scrambled eggs are just a few options available. Our breakfast produce is sourced locally where possible with meats breads eggs and preserves provided by local suppliers.

From the A75 turn off at the sign for the A713 Ayr Castle Douglas road. Turn right onto the A713 Castle Douglas road. Go under the flyover bridge and you will come to the town sign for Castle Douglas. This is just after the bridge. Take the first left just a few metres after the sign into Abercromby Place. Summerhill is at the end of the cul de sac on the right. Google maps and sat nav sometimes take you to a street further along so to be sure please follow the website directions.;
