Situated next to the A12 in the village of Blythburgh visitors are frequently surprised by the magnificent view of the River Blyth at the rear of the pub; the White Hart offers everything you could want from a country inn!. The inn dates back to the middle ages when it was a court house. The building is famous for its large expanse of carved oak beams throughout the bar area. A former courthouse dating back to the 16th century the White Hart Inn retains a number of fine original features including ornate beams in the bar area and a large handsome inglenook fireplace. The White Hart is situated in an area brimming with history and natural interest. The A12 provides quick and easy access north and south while a short distance to east and west respectively are the resort of Southwold equally interesting to the holidaymaker and the historian and the fine old market towns of Halesworth Bungay and Beccles.

Currently we have 3 spacious ensuite double rooms one of which is dog-friendly. We also have one twin en suite room all cab be offered also as single occupancy. Check In must be between 1pm - 3pm or from 6pm - 10pm
