Culeaze House is a lovingly restored classic Victorian mansion built by Radcliffe in 1887 and sitting only 6 miles from the beautiful Dorset coast. The rooms are lavishly furnished with fine antiques and paintings and guests can enjoy a glass of whisky whilst taking in the 3 acres of beautiful manicured garden. This mellow mansion is set in stunning surroundings replete with deer pheasant and trout. At the end of the central path in the beautiful walled garden stands a Victorian Summer House where guests can relax with a good book and soak in the atmosphere. The Manor is home to 4 beautifully furnished luxurious Bed and Breakfast rooms which are centrally heated and are equipped with tea and coffee making facilities fridge WiFi colour TV trouser press and a complimentary decanter of whiskey. Each has a bathroom with bath and shower over. They all have breathtaking views of the surrounding coutryside. Breakfast is served in the dining room. In the summer months Guests can enjoy beautiful Dorset sunny mornings by breakfasting in the large conservatory. Of a cold winter evening guests can enjoy a roaring fire in the Library complete with leopard skin on the floor and fading family photographs A wonderfully Dickensian room but at the same time warm and welcoming. Culeaze dinners are a culinary delight. All local fresh produce. Trout pheasant and venison from the Estate are offered and all meals are home cooked to perfection. Culeaze is an ideal base from which to explore the many local historic houses castles and gardens.
The two double rooms and the twin room are all en suite with bath and shower over. All rooms have wonderful views over the 3 acres of landscaped gardens. The rooms are well appointed with every facility.
