Number 88 Guest House is built over 5 floors over which our 10 rooms are situated. We are only a 5 minute walk from Loughborough town centre which has all the benefits of a busy university town with its numerous shops restaurants and bars. The Great Central Railway is a short walk away and Loughborough University is a brisk 20 minute walk. The 10 simple rooms feature en suite or private bathrooms and many rooms have fireplaces. We have installed fibre optic broadband to the building to offer a WiFi service which is free of charge all rooms have LCD televisions with HD and free view tea and coffee making facilities and a hairdryer. Off road parking is available opposite the guest house although time restrictions do apply during the working day but plenty of parking is available on the road to the rear of the property. As we are a very old building we are sorry there are no lifts to the upper floors. Number 88 has been a guest house for over 80 years and is one of the oldest in Loughborough. We are bringing the building up to our own high standards while still keeping the character of its Victorian features like the cast iron Victorian fire places in most of the rooms. We pride ourselves on service and value which is why breakfast is included in the price you pay and not an additional add on.
