This VisitScotland 4 star (gold) graded B&B in Rosemount Blairgowrie Perthshire is the former country retreat of John Thain a shipowner from Dundee. Our Victorian villa stands in two acres of wooded gardens with ample private off road parking available. We have three rooms all of which are very large and have en-suite facilities. A guest lounge is also available. There is a patio area for use by our guests and a barbecue available for those guests renting our self-catering apartment. The surrounding area provides an array of sporting and leisure facilities everything the walker the fisherman the golfer could wish for and for those who prefer sightseeing Glamis Castle the former childhood home of the late Queen Mother is close by. The house is ideally situated for trips to Glenshee Balmoral and the Angus Glens with the cities of Dundee and Perth 30 minutes away by car. If this is your first visit to the area you will not be disappointed and a stay in our lovely Victorian home will only add to your enjoyment. Our accommodation comprises of one king and two superking size double/twin rooms; they are the Wilman the Sanderson and the Ashley. Each room has quality furniture and bedding is extremely spacious and individually decorated with designer soft furnishings and wallcoverings. Remote controlled TV clock radio trouser press hairdryer and complimentary toiletries come as standard. A hospitality tray is provided with bottled water tea coffee hot chocolate and biscuits.

However we are more than happy to make recommendations and reserve a table on your behalf at any restaurant or hotel.

Directions:
From Edinburgh: Follow signs for A90 Forth Road Bridge. Cross onto M90 and proceed towards Perth. At junction 10 follow the signs for A93 to Perth. Continue on A93 to Blairgowrie. In Blairgowrie town centre follow signs for A923 to Dundee and Coupar Angus. Heathpark House is well signed on the right hand side of the A923 about ¾ mile from Blairgowrie town centre. Enter the double gates passing the Lodge on the right and continue to the top of driveway.;
