This cosy 2 bedroom apartment, ideal for families or couples (sleeps 4), is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac and is a wonderful base from which to explore the Costa del Sol. There are community gardens and a pool, which you will never find busy, even in high season and the beaches (normal and nudist), restaurants and bars are just a few minutes’ walk away. There is a family run bar/restaurant which is open from 9am til 11pm every day and a/small shop which has all the basics 100 metres from your door-step. The terrace offers beautiful views over green trees and pretty white houses to the sea and on a clear day you can see as far as Africa. It is wonderful to sit with a beer or glass of wine and enjoy the sunset. There are numerous golf courses all over the Costa del Sol and the El Chaparral golf course and driving range are just next door and there is a large waterpark and horse-riding close by. The bus-stops to Marbella and Fuengirola are also only a few minutes’ walk away and it is easy enough to get around the coast using the bus, or the apartment has a parking space if you rent a car (there are numerous rent-a-car companies at Malaga airport offering great deals). If you like to travel with your pet, they are more than welcome and the second terrace provides a lovely shaded space from around midday onwards should you or your pet need to escape the sun but want to remain outside.

The master bedroom has a balcony from which there are the same beautiful views as the terraces and the second bedroom has views over the swimming pool and gardens. The bathroom has a washing machine so packing lighter is easier and the kitchen has a hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle perfect for any meal in when you don't fancy going out to eat. The living room is bright and airy as it opens up onto both terraces allowing the wonderful sea breezes to flow through on a hot day.
This is a quiet urbanization but the night-life, shops, shopping centres, restaurants and tourist attractions are just a few minutes’ drive or taxi/bus ride away (even iceland and /Lidl if you miss home too much). Marbella with its historic old town, beautiful boutiques and the yachts of Puerto Banus are around a 20 minute drive away and the traditional old Spanish town of Mijas a short drive into the hills. The capital city of Malaga (also around 20 minute drive away) offers all that a traditional Spanish city offers including an inexhaustible supply of Tapas bars. There are some beautiful beaches around, some almost deserted and tranquil and others buzzing and vibrant.
