The Ziba hotel and Spa derived from the restoration work of an ancient bottles factory dated late '800; the structure is located outside the walls of the fortress of Peschiera del Garda, and while enjoying a large private garden, it is situated on the main road between the cities of Verona and Brescia. The rooms are divided in Superior, Deluxe, Junior suite and two different Suite. All rooms have: soundproofing, radio, safe-deposit, courtesy line, hair dryer, independent temperature control, air conditioning, minibar, internet connection (wi-fi and ethernet), satellite flat screen lcd with sky silver system and pay tv. Breakfast buffet.

The Spa and Wellness Center is on 400 square meters: in the wet area, the hammam (Turkish bath), Finnish sauna, jacuzzi, water paradise, Kneipp path and relax area with herbal tea corner. Adjacent to the Private Spa, equipped with a Rasul cabin available for 2 or 4 guests to ensure maximum privacy, there are 3 cabins for emotional treatments.
