Dining options There are several different eateries in the Cumbrian Lake Homes community. You can find all-American cuisine along with regional delicacies, and most are open well into the night.

This is a safe, gated area that is an island of natural calm in what can be a rather crowded area during the summer peak season. Based here, you'll have a serene haven from which to explore the regional attractions of Florida's most vibrant city and its surroundings. Florida is full of nature reserves, old cities and ethnic diversity, and you'll be able to experience all it has to offer in this exclusive locale.

Room Facilities:

The various villas on the site are spacious and well-appointed and come with fully-equipped kitchens for self-catering. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi and multiple bathrooms are the norm.

Late check out will be charged at a rate of $20 per additional hour

For stays of 5 nights or less a cleaning fee is payable locally.

Electric and Gas Pool Heating is available at an additional daily cost and payable
directly to Excel Villa Rentals.

Other optional extras such as BBQ grill rental, highchairs, cots and roll-aways are
