Embrace the island vibe at Southern Palms Beach Club. Renowned as the “Pink Pearl” and located on the breathtaking South Coast in the lively St. Lawrence Gap, this charming hotel is nestled on a pristine white sandy beach with turquoise waters and gentle trade winds. Southern Palms is set in lush, well-kept gardens alongside 1000 feet of beach front. The beach is an active breeding ground for the endangered hawksbill turtles, an amazing spectacle that you may see between April and October. The hotels unique architecture gives it the nickname of the pink pearl of Barbados for obvious reasons.

Rooms

The 90 rooms and suites are spread throughout the lush gardens, many with full sea view. The 6 low rise buildings (no lift) offer 4 different room categories. All rooms are well appointed with Caribbean style décor and cool ceramic tiles. The distinctive architecture ensures that no two rooms are the same, offering individual rooms rather than regimented blocks. All rooms have a terrace or balcony — all designed to catch the welcome ocean breeze.

Lounge on the pristine beaches, cool off in our freshwater pools, or gather for drinks and Caribbean food at the Garden Terrace restaurant and Khus Khus Bar. Get active in our fitness centre, play shuffleboard and miniature golf, or join a game of beach volleyball. If you are looking for adventure, the resort offers activities and complimentary watersports. Enjoy live music sessions in the courtyard. Mini golf course, non-motorised watersports are included as well as one windsurfing session per stay. Two gyms, one indoor and one outdoor, are available for use.

Enjoy dining overlooking one of the best beaches in Barbados. Our Garden Terrace Restaurant and the Khus Khus Bar offer a tranquil and picturesque setting for enjoying good local food. Our beachfront restaurant serves Caribbean cuisine, fresh caught seafood, island style BBQ, and grilled meats and fish. Enjoy bold island flavors and local eats like the Bajan Fish Cake and the grilled Mahi Mahi. Sip refreshing cocktails, relax to live music, and embrace an easy, tropical feeling.
