Local Tips: All of the Villas are within 20 to 25 minutes' drive to Walt Disney World (subject to traffic). Due to the location of the properties it is a great idea to pre-book a car rental in order to take full advantage of all that the area has to offer.

Transfers: Please note that shuttle services do not go to villas. A private taxi is required.

Dining: Self-Catering accommodation. Each home is fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, all glassware, crockery, all linens and towels. There are countless restaurants, bars, cafes, and fast food options close to home. Cribs, high chairs, and rollaways are available with charge.

Sports, games and activities: The outside area has a furnished pool deck and private screened swimming pool. The can be heated (with extra charge), on request at the time of reservation. The outside patio is perfect for relaxing in the sun. There is colour Cable TV in the lounge area as well as a telephone. The greater Orlando area boasts over 800 tennis courts and more than 150 golf courses.

Actual villa addresses are allocated on the day of arrival. Guests receive an arrival pack that includes detailed driving instructions to accommodation, a city map with the route to the accommodation highlighted, essential information and entry details. :p>

All arrival pack details with the guest name noted on the cover will be available via an after hours lock box, marked with the company logo and mounted on the wall next to the office. The lockbox code is 4-1-2. :p>

Room Facilities:

The Disney Area Holiday Homes feature villas from compact three-bedroom properties to spacious five-bedroom houses, You can chose whether you want a one or two storey home, and each have a lounge and living area, a master bedroom with a queen sized or double bed and a television, and other bedrooms with double or twin beds. The occupancy levels of the homes vary and a pull out sofa bed or rollaway beds can be provided for maximum occupancy (with charge). A 3 bedroom sleeps up to 8 persons, 4 bedroom sleeps 10 persons, 5 bedroom sleeps 12 persons and 6 bedroom sleeps 14 persons.
