Orchard House is located in Royston which is full of history and character including its own cave and is a busy market town it is just 12 miles from the historic university city of Cambridge and only 8 miles from the Imperial War Museum Duxford. There is a short 5 minutes' walk to the railway station which has direct rail links to both Cambridge and London. There is a local coach drop off and pick up point for coaches to and from Gatwick and Heathrow and the local bus to Cambridge City Centre. It is only 6 miles to Wimpole Hall and 6 miles to Shepreth Wildlife Park. We are a short walk from Johnson Matthey and 1 mile from the BMW motorbike training centre. We are also well situated for a number of wedding venues including South Farm Minstrel Court and Newlands etc. Royston has numerous restaurants and pubs all within easy walking distance. It also has its own heath which offers many sporting events. Orchard House has 2 double rooms one with a standard double bed one with a king size bed and 1 single room. We also have a family room that can sleep 5 either as individuals or family. It comprises of a super king size bed which can be split to make two singles with another single on this level and a platform that can sleep 2. It has it's own seating/garden area. All the rooms have been completely refurbished and redecorated and include free WIFI flat screen TV's and tea and coffee making facilities and hair dryer. The superior room has a king size bed the standard room has a double bed and the family room has a super king size bed which can be split into singles. All beds have memory foam mattresses. All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities and free fibre-optic wireless internet. Freeview satellite TV. Each room is supplied with towels and dressing gowns and hairdryers.

Mobility Description:
Unfortunately we can only offer bedrooms on the 1st floor. The ground floor is all on one level except for the front step and there is a downstairs toilet and shower room assigned to the single room on 1st floor. Upstairs the standard double room has an en-suite shower room with a small step up into the shower which has a pull-down seat. The superior double room has a dedicated bathroom with a shower over the bath.

• Breakfast is served in a separate dining room and/or conservatory breakfast can also be served on the patio. Included in the prices is the light breakfast with a selection cereals and milks i.e. semi-skimmed soya etc. grapefruit fresh fruit yogurts fruit juices toast and hot drinks.
