The Hotel was opened in April 2006, has been renovated and restored, using materials such as wood, stone, plaster of the area and materials recovered from the house and other old houses. The construction was carried out following the traditional architecture of Albarracin.
Of the 15 rooms at the Hotel, the first 8 represent the process of the wheat crop and its transformation into bread and the other 7 represent other traditional crafts of Albarracin. All rooms are exterior and have heating, color TV, telephone and Wi-Fi, each with a different decor.
The hotel has a reading room, an outdoor terrace and parking.
The Hotel is located in the area known as Arrabal, very quiet next to the Toy Museum.
