Bouganvillage and Le Vele Residence are located in the residential hamlet of Tanaunella, just 2km from the well-known town centre of Budoni , 8km from San Teodoro, 40km from the nearest Port and from Olbia airport.
The residences are 500 meters apart from each other,and both consist of two-floor terraced apartments, surrounded by exquisite gardens and with an independent entrance just off, or nearby, the swimming pool. Because of their excellent location, the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia are within just a short walk: Porto Ainu, the Poasada sea-front and its spectacular pine forest, the Budoni sea-front and Bidderosa oasis.
For those who wish to see more than just the beaches there are various archaeological and faunal sites, folk events, nature, gourmet itineraries, night life and much more.
APARTMENTS: Both aparthotels offer apartments on the first floor with a patio or on the second floor with a veranda, both equipped with outside tables and chairs. The apartments are finely furnished and contain an oven, TV, toaster, some have gas detectors, emergency alarms. all have air conditioners, iron and ironing board, hair dryer. The apartments are also equipped with a kitchenette and kitchenware. There are different types of apartments, such as:
MONO 2 (23sq m): living room area with a double sofa bed, kitchenette and bathroom. Cot (on request and at an additional cost).
BILO 4 BEDS (37sq m): living room area with a double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom. Cot (on request and at an additional cost).
FACILITIES: The reception office is located in the Bouganvillage and is open from 09.00 – 13.00 and 17.00 – 20.00. The lodgings in the two buildings are managed by the director, any preferences will be taken into consideration although it is not guaranteed.
Bouganvillage l: bar club house (private management), shared washing machine, wi-fi area, solarium, equipped swimming pool (sun lounges and deck chairs, until available), children’s playground, five-a-side soccer ground, shared barbecue area (also available to Le Vele guests). COMPULSORY CHARGES
WEEKLY EXPENSES: €30,00 per person per week; €15,00 for children 3-11 years old; free for children from 0-3. This includes electricity, water, gas, bed linen.
FINAL CLEANING: €40,00 for M2 apartments, €50,00 for B4 apartments, €60,00 for T6 apartments. Guests may clean their own kitchenette or otherwise pay a €50,00 surcharge.
DEPOSIT: €150,00 (to be settled locally) refundable at the end of the stay, assuming no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred. In case of check-out during non-office hours, the deposit will be refunded and mailed as soon as possible to the guests’ home address.
