Our rooms are all newly refurbished with large comfortable King size beds (with the flexibility to be converted to singles). We are situated in New Steine a classic Regency Square a stones throw from the beach and Brighton Pier and a short stroll in to the City for the famous Pavilion the Lanes and of course the many unique shops bars restaurants and nightlife. We are 5 minutes by taxi from the station 10 minutes by bus and 15 minutes if you walk (as long as you dont get distracted along the way!);
