We are extremely passionate about the food that we purchase and serve. All meat is supplied by local suppliers and is locally reared. We purchase our sausages from Lakes Speciality Foods owned and operated by Paul Hevey and Dan Weston. Pauls background is in butchery and Dans in farming. Together they have established a network of local farmers who supply some of the best meats you could wish for.
