Directions:
Exit M4 at J37. Take A4229 towards Pyle. At Pyle roundabout take 3rd exit to A48 Bridgend. As the A48 crosses the M4 the road widens into 2 lanes and a filter lane. Take this right hand filter lane across the A48 onto the B road facing you. A small industrial yard is on the left. Take the 1st right after the yard. This is signed as a dead end road. Approximately 400 yards along the lane is Ballas Farm on the right;
